Alaska Registration Info

Congratulations to those who qualified for the SNFC Alaska Cruise incentive trip, September 8-15, 2017! (If you’re not sure if you qualified, please see our FAQ page on who to contact.)

Registration for the trip is open and will need to be completed by June 30th.  

Many of you have already fully registered for the cruise and many of you have started your registration but need to log back in to finish.  Please review this step-by-step registration instruction to make sure you have fully registered.  If you need help, please contact Gayle or any of our friendly travel agents at Destinations Inc. 1. Review the passports and travel documentation section on the first page of registration then click the register button at the bottom of the page. 
2. Fill in your name exactly as it appears on your passport or travel documents, then fill out all of your personal information including adding a picture of yourself.
3. Add your guest information and picture as you did for yourself by clicking on the Add Guest button.  If you have a third or fourth guest to add to your cabin, you may do that at this time.
4. Click yes for cruise accommodations and fill out any specific requests for the cruise here.
5. Security National is sponsoring an excursion tour in Skagway and we’d like all to attend.  This is included for the qualifier and one guest.  Any additional guests will need to pay the standard rate.  At this point in the registration process, please select if you and your guests would like to attend.
6. Security National is sending a gift package to the qualifier and one guest.  If any of your additional guests would like a gift package, you may elect to pay for those gift packages. Please note, all gift packages come with an adult-sized sweater that might be too big for your children. 
7. Click yes for flight accommodations and fill out any specific requests for your flights.  We will do our best to satisfy your requests, however, there are certain company policies governing the flight accommodations.  Select the dates you wish to travel.  You will be responsible for any hotel costs for additional nights added to the trip.  Please note that there is no flight credit for this trip.  All flight accommodations will be booked by the company or by Destinations, Inc.  If you choose to book your own flights, you will not be reimbursed for that cost. 
8. The next step is to enter your credit card information.  This is to hold your reservation.  Your credit card will not be charged unless you have elected to buy additional items.  You will receive an invoice to approve before your credit card is charged.
9. Review all of your trip information.  If you need to make changes, do that during this step.
10. Read and agree to the cancellation policy, then you’re done!

After completing the registration process, you will receive an email with your confirmation/registration code.
